Your next hire doesn't need a desk.
Agents that answer your phone, chase your leads, and collect your invoices — installed and supervised by us. Not software you configure. Staff you deploy.
Your customers are calling. You're just not there.
The call that went to voicemail at 6:40pm. The web form nobody answered until Tuesday. The invoice that has been open for fifty-one days. None of it shows up as a crisis — it just shows up as a smaller month than you expected.
The roster
Three agents. They hand off to each other.
Grace
Front desk
Answers every inbound call, 24/7, in your voice. Qualifies the caller, books straight to your calendar, and routes the ones that need a human — with a written summary waiting for you.

Follow-up & booking
Fires the moment a call is missed or a form is filled. Calls and texts back inside 60 seconds, qualifies the lead, and books the appointment before your competitor picks up the phone.
~40% more meetings from leads you already paid for

Invoices & collections
Works your receivables the way a diligent bookkeeper would — polite, scheduled follow-up on every open invoice, escalating on your terms, logging every touch back to your accounting system.

What it actually sounds like.
Three moments where the work usually gets dropped. Illustrative examples, not recordings — but this is the shape of the conversation.

Inbound callTuesday, 7:41 PM — after hoursSee the example
Hi, uh, my AC just started making this grinding noise and it's blowing warm. Are you guys open?
We're closed for the evening, but I can get you on the schedule right now. Grinding plus warm air is usually the compressor or the blower — is it still running, or did it shut itself off?
Still running. It's loud though.
Got it. If it gets louder or you smell anything burning, switch it off at the thermostat. I have tomorrow 8–10 AM or 1–3 PM — which works better?
Morning.
Booked for 8–10 AM. Can I get the service address and a good callback number?
- Appointment on the calendar
- Confirmation text sent
- Summary in the owner's inbox by 7:44 PM
- Nobody on staff was awake

Hi Marcus — this is Ari at Delgado Plumbing. Saw your note about the water heater. Is it leaking right now, or just not heating?
not heating. no leak
Good — that's the less urgent one. Gas or electric, and roughly how old?
gas, maybe 10 years
That's near end-of-life for a gas unit, so the tech will quote repair and replacement both. I have Friday 11–1 or Monday 8–10. Either work?
friday
Done — Friday 11 AM–1 PM. Confirmation is on its way, and you'll get a reminder Thursday night.
- First reply in 41 seconds
- Booked in under four minutes
- Lead never went cold
Otto
ReceivablesInvoice #2287 — 51 days outstandingSee the example
Hi Dana — invoice #2287 from the March 14 install is showing 51 days out on our end. Is something holding it up, or would a payment link help?
sorry — I think it went to our old AP address. can you resend?
Sent to both your address and AP just now. I attached the signed work order too, in case they need it to match against the PO.
got it. should be in this week's run.
Appreciate it. I'll check back Friday if it hasn't cleared.
- Invoice re-sent to the right inbox
- Contact corrected in the system
- Follow-up already scheduled
- The owner never had to make the awkward call
How they compound
Start with one. The next one is half the build.
Each agent stands on its own, and most clients start with whichever leak is costing them most this quarter. But they run on the same foundation — so the second agent isn't a second project. Your systems are already wired, your workflows already mapped, your customers already known.
Grace hands Ari the caller she couldn't book. Ari hands Otto the job that closed. Discovery happens once, which is why the second agent goes live in roughly half the time of the first.

Process
Live in weeks, not quarters.
Map
We sit with your team and trace what happens today — every call, handoff, and dropped thread.
Build
We write the scripts, wire the integrations, and tune the agent against your real conversations.
Deploy
The agent goes live behind your existing number and calendar. Your team configures nothing.
Supervise
Your team flags anything it gets wrong. We correct it. The agent gets better every week.
Two ways to buy this
You can buy software. Or you can have it handled.
There are cheap tools that will hand you a phone agent and a configuration screen. If you have someone in-house who wants to own it, buy one — genuinely. Most owners don't, which is the whole reason we exist.
Buy a tool
- You write the scripts
- You wire it into your calendar and CRM
- You notice when it mishears a product name
- You tune it, or you don't
- Live in an afternoon — and about the same a year later
Bring us in
- We map how the work actually moves today
- We write the scripts against your real calls
- We wire the systems and prove they hold
- Your team flags a miss; we fix it that week
- Live in weeks — and measurably better each month
Included with every agent
A supervisor channel, not a support ticket.
Every agent ships with a direct line from your team to ours. When it mishears a product name or books into the wrong slot, someone tells us in a sentence — and it is corrected that week. Most agencies deploy and disappear. The agent you run in month six should be noticeably better than the one we installed.
Also available

Remy

Juno

These run on the same platform as the roster above — we build them against your workflow rather than shipping them off a shelf.
Something else
If the bottleneck is somewhere else, we scope it properly.
The roster is what we have productized, because it pays back fastest. Underneath it is a platform that runs any workflow. When you need something that is not on this page, we start with a scoping sprint rather than a guess — one to two weeks, ending in a full workflow map, an integration assessment, and a fixed-price quote.
The sprint fee comes off the build cost if you move forward. And if we find it is not worth building, you will have learned that for a fraction of what finding out the hard way would have cost.
Common questions
The things people actually ask.
01Will it sound like a robot?
It holds a real back-and-forth — handles interruptions, people talking over it, and questions that arrive out of order. You'll hear it long before a customer does: we run it against your own calls during setup and keep tuning until you'd be comfortable putting it on your line.
02What happens when it can't answer something?
It hands off instead of guessing. You set the rule — transfer to a person, take a message, or escalate by text. An agent that says “let me get someone who knows” is worth more than one that invents an answer, so we build toward the handoff rather than away from it.
03Do we have to change our phone number or our software?
No. It sits behind the number you already publish and writes into the calendar and systems you already run. If one of those can't be reached cleanly, we'll tell you before you buy rather than build something fragile around it.
04What if it tells a customer something wrong?
Occasionally it will, so the question that matters is what happens next. Every agent ships with a supervisor channel — your team flags it in a sentence and we correct it that week. We also cap what the agent can do on its own; anything high-stakes routes to a person by design.
05What happens to our data?
Agents run against your systems using credentials you own and can revoke at any time. Your customer data stays in your platforms — we don't retain it beyond what the workflow needs to run, and we don't use it to train models. If you end the engagement, you keep the transcripts and the call history; there's nothing of yours locked inside our side of it.
06How do we know it's actually working?
We agree on one number before the build starts — calls answered, leads booked, days outstanding — and report against it. If the number doesn't move, that's our problem to fix, and we'd rather have that conversation early than at renewal.
Which call are you losing?
Tell us what happens today and we will tell you which agent fixes it — or that none of them do.
